The Concord City Planning Board on Feb. 19 granted a one-year extension to a conditionally approved minor site plan at 59 South Main Street that funds an addition and conversion to add four dwelling units.
Tom Wilson of Wilson & Wilson Architects represented Kaizanos Realty LLC and asked the board for a 12-month extension of the minor site plan approval dated March 20, 2024. The application covers a 1,200-square-foot addition to an existing 8,000-square-foot building to create four additional dwelling units in the Central Business Performance District.
Staff treated the request as a consent item, noting no public testimony. The board voted to grant the one-year extension as requested; no member of the public spoke against it.
The extension preserves the previously approved conditions and allows the applicant to move forward under the terms of the original approval for one additional year.
