The plan commission heard from Sam, Village staff in Community Development, who said, “The applicant proposed to create 2 lots. They're proposing developing Lot 1 with residential development and marketing Lot 2 for sale.” Sam said the application complies with the village’s comprehensive plan and that staff recommend approval subject to a single outstanding condition to secure an agreement to install required public improvements.
