Manhattan board approves holiday pay for part-time staff, new liquor license and transit partnership

Separately, the board passed a resolution to transition from PACE Southwest Dial-a-Ride to PACE Access Will County Dial-a-Ride, a county-managed consolidation of dial-a-ride services for Will County. Officials said Access Will County will maintain the same rider fees as the current service, expand the geographic service area to allow travel anywhere in Will County and parts of southwest Cook County, and impose no cost to the village for the service change.
