The Tinley Park Committee of the Whole on Feb. 18, 2025, approved a slate of routine municipal actions by roll-call votes, including a storefront sign grant for a local bike shop, several service contracts, equipment purchases for the village Emergency Operations Center and two intergovernmental agreements with Will County for traffic signals.
The approvals, each carried after brief motions and roll-call votes, cover business-support grants, information-technology services, public-safety collaboration, building repairs, grounds maintenance and infrastructure work. No substantive public comment was recorded during the Committee of the Whole portion of the meeting.

The board granted an Oak Park Avenue sign grant for Still Ride Bike Shop at 6741 South Street.
Trustees approved a leasing agreement with Management Impact Solutions, LLC, to provide a network and security administrator for village IT systems, and authorized participation in the 2025 Northern Illinois Municipal Electric Collaboration group bid for electric purchasing.
The committee renewed the joint task force agreement with the South Suburban Emergency Response Team and approved a contract with Fair Construction for a roof replacement at Post 218, 301 Bridgeland Avenue. Separately, the board awarded a contract to Aquamis Plumbing and Lawn Sprinkling Company for irrigation maintenance and approved lawn-treatment services with TruGreen Limited Partnership.
The Committee of the Whole authorized a purchase and installation contract with Electric 1 for Emergency Operations Center equipment (Creston/Crestron equipment was listed on the agenda) and approved two intergovernmental agreements with Will County to install traffic signals at the intersection of 190 and the eastern entrance to Brookside Marketplace and at 190 First and Panduit Drive.
