WOODLAND, Wash. — During public comment at the Feb. 18 Woodland City Council meeting a resident reported that a nearby property is in severe disrepair, has produced emergency responses that could not locate a residence, and is creating safety and neighborhood concerns. Code enforcement staff told the council the city has an abatement process and will escalate outreach to the known owner.
