The motion to authorize the mayor to execute the amendment — "and ratify all prior agreements and amendments subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the city attorney and human resources director" — was made by Council President Kaur and seconded by Council Member Boyce. The committee voted to approve the motion by voice vote.
