Minutes: The board approved the public-record minutes of Jan. 21, 2025. Motion: approve minutes (Jan. 21, 2025). Motion made by Mr. Carr; seconded by Mrs. Gough. Vote: roll call — motion passes.
Curriculum & Instruction: The Curriculum & Instruction committee recommended CI1 through CI3; the board approved the committee’s recommendations by roll call. Motion: approve CI1–CI3 as recommended by the superintendent and committee. (Mover/second: on behalf of the committee; second noted on the record.) Vote: roll call — motion passes.
Personnel: The personnel slate (P1 through P36) was approved by roll call. Motion: approve personnel resolutions P1–P36. Vote: roll call — motion passes.
Finance & Administration: The Finance and Administration committee recommended final resolutions F1 through F6 and A1–A2. The board approved those items by roll call; F7 was tabled for further discussion. Motion: approve F1–F6, A1–A2; table F7. Vote: roll call — motion passes; F7 tabled.

Buildings & Grounds: The board approved the committee’s recommendations (BG1–BG3) by roll call.
Policy: The board approved first readings of the policy package listed under PO1 (multiple policies and regulations) and advanced them as first readings for later consideration.
