Gateway School District board approves supplementals, personnel items, curriculum agreements and budget reports

The Gateway School District Board of Education approved a slate of routine and business items at its February meeting, including supplemental pay for spring activities, personnel actions, several academic agreements and the district's audited financial statements for the 2023-24 fiscal year.

Board members unanimously approved the packet of spring supplementals (agenda item 5.1) after a motion and second. Board member Mister Ritter abstained on the supplemental for a varsity position that listed his brother; Ritter said, "I traditionally do abstain... I abstain on that piece." A roll call was held before approval.
