Supervisors approve mental-health agreements as members press for youth suicide data

The measures were part of the Health and Human Services committee preferred agenda (Resolutions 19–21), which the board adopted by roll call. Chairwoman Mary Cavanaugh framed the contracts as continuing prior work with local partners to bring services into schools.
