GOSHEN, N.Y. — At its Sept. 15 meeting the Goshen Central School District Board of Education received routine financial updates, was briefed on an RFP for universal prekindergarten (UPK) and a reading-intervention pilot, and approved consent and new-business motions by voice vote.
