The Village of Cottage Grove board on Feb. 17 approved a slate of special-event permits and related actions for spring and summer fundraisers, festivals and athletic events, and granted a host permit for a food truck operator at 645 Sandpiper Trail.
Board members said most items were routine and approved them in sequence. The board voted to approve a host permit for New Tech Painting LLC at 645 Sandpiper Trail to allow food trucks on the operator’s property; the permit is good for one year from issuance under the village process and, as presented, does not authorize daily use at every site.
