Dina Babsky, director of economic and urban development, presented the Abel Baker proposal and described the $25,000 Commercial Visual Improvement Program (CVIP) award as support for a new patio cover, misters and additional lighting to expand the venue’s outdoor seating. "Today for your consideration, we are presenting a $25,000 visual improvement program grant for the Abel Baker Brewing Company," Babsky said. The agency authorized execution of the CVIP agreement not to exceed $25,000 from the RDA special revenue fund.
