Disposition and mixed-use development in the Las Vegas Medical District: The council moved forward with a disposition and development agreement with Cedar Street for a multifamily residential project at the southwest corner of Alta Drive and Tonopah Drive. City staff reported a sale price in the agreement of $1,265,000; the developer expects up to 200 Class A apartment units with 10% of units designated as affordable, 5,000 square feet of retail and a limited-service child-enrichment childcare facility.
