Mr. Anderson, a city staff member, told the council the Laterra Village work mainly involves connecting to an existing sewer and finalizing a construction permit for turn-lane improvements. He also confirmed that the payment to Fort Worth — for 0.306 acres of right-of-way — would come from contingency funds and said, “We have a balance of $727,506.50.”
