In-car cameras (Axon): Lieutenant Hickard of the Cheyenne Police Department described a transition to a subscription model with Axon Enterprise for 10 in-car camera systems, including SIM cards, Cradlepoint GPS, hardware, licensing and warranties for 60 months. The committee recorded a motion to accept the subscription in an amount not to exceed approximately $106,998.
