The motion to release the RFP with the only modifications being a five‑year planning period and updated schedule dates carried by voice vote. Commissioners directed staff to both post the RFP on public platforms and invite selected firms directly to ensure an adequate response pool.
Staff also agreed to meet with county offices to coordinate outreach and to check whether a statewide website or established portal should be used for posting the solicitation.
