Board approves consent agenda and calendars; takes several personnel actions after closed session
Summary

- The board withdrew the proposed termination of David Pollard as moot, citing Pollard’s resignation. (Motion by Trustee Brunsell; second by Trustee Box; motion passed.) - The board approved renewal/extension of administrative and professional contracts. (Motion moved and seconded in open session; vote carried.) - The board approved the employment of professional personnel as discussed in closed session. (Motion carried.) - The board approved the superintendent’s 2024–25 performance evaluation. (Motion by Vice President Hansel; second by Secretary Bach; motion carried.)
Where votes were recorded, trustees indicated unanimous support and motions carried. The meeting adjourned at about 9:15 p.m.
