On the skills needed, Bobbie highlighted multitasking and creative problem-solving: “Number 1, to be able to think outside of the box, to be able to help people in a crisis, to be able to pick up more than 1 phone.” She closed her remarks with a direct recruitment appeal: “Come sit next to me at Berrien County 911. Let's help people together. Come join our team.”
