Board enters closed session on cybersecurity, solid‑waste contract and economic development; certifies closed session

Supervisor Ingram moved to enter closed session; Vice Chair Hite seconded the motion, which carried on a 7–0 vote. At the end of the closed session the board returned to open session and read a certification statement; the board then recorded a roll‑call certification vote in which each supervisor answered “yes” to state that, to the best of their knowledge, only the specified lawful items were discussed. The roll call recorded affirmative votes for Bowman, Dalton, Dudley, Ingram, Whittle, Hite and Tucker.
