City planning staff member Miss Stahl told the council that DOT and the project traffic engineer "agree that a signal is not warranted at Brockman, McCliman, and Abner Creek" and that "they do foresee a roundabout in the future." Stahl said the developer agreed to complete a 30% design and to reserve right of way so future construction could proceed more easily.
