Council approves agenda and consent calendar; items passed unanimously

The Citrus Heights City Council took three procedural votes at its Jan. 22 meeting: approval of the meeting agenda, passage of the consent calendar (items 6–8), and adjournment to a closed session.

The council unanimously approved the agenda. The motion to approve was made by Council Member Schafer and seconded by Rufus Howe. “All those in favor say aye,” the mayor said; the clerk recorded the vote as unanimous.
