Transportation & Infrastructure Committee approves consent agenda covering multiple public-works easements and utility acceptances, 10-0

The Metropolitan Council Transportation & Infrastructure Committee recommended approval of a multi-item consent agenda, voting 10 in favor, 0 opposed to pass routine resolutions and ordinances that accept new public water, sanitary sewer and fire-hydrant infrastructure and approve greenway conservation easements.

The consent package as read into the record by the committee chair included resolutions and ordinances to accept infrastructure or easements for properties including 1111 Gilmore Avenue (12 South Townhomes); 120 Airpark Center East (Strictly FX); 110 Twentieth Avenue North (Tempo by Hilton); multiple parcels on Cane Ridge Road (Parks At Cane Ridge Phase 2 B); 825 Sixth Avenue South (Modera SoBro phase 1 revision 2); a Germantown greenway at 1420 Adams Street; a greenway at 4267 Ashland City Highway; and water/sewer/ hydrant acceptances for properties on Brick Church Pike (including the Nashville Youth Campus for Empowerment and CityView at Noble Heights).
