Council approves fund transfer, salary ordinance and two board appointments

Ordinance 2025-2, described as "an ordinance amending salaries of appointed officers and employees of the City of Madison, Indiana for the year 2025," was read on second reading and then approved by roll call.
By consent the council also approved the mayor's reappointment of Tony Schroeder to a three-year term on the Human Relations Commission and the council's appointment of Amy Casper to the Police Merit Board to fill an unexpired term.
