- An amended plat for Lot 3, Block 1 and Lot 4, Block 1 of the Vista Butte Subdivision, a boundary-line adjustment; planning staff said the amended plat met requirements and requested approval.
- A service agreement with the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions (NAPC) to host a Commission Assistance and Mentoring Program (a preservation “camp”) to train up to 30 attendees; the project will be funded primarily by a State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) grant, with the county providing $700 for lunch and volunteer match hours covering part of the required match.
- A variance application to the City of Laramie for an Albany County Courthouse electronic message sign; county staff said the previous variance had expired and the county completed design and funding steps before reapplying.
- A subaward agreement amendment with the University of Wyoming to extend the performance period for an OJJDP FY2023 grant (the county holds the grant and is passing funds to UW for research work); staff described the amendment as a no-cost extension to accommodate contract delays.
- Approval of payroll and vouchers for February 2025.
