MASON COUNTY, Wash. — Mason County announced free dump vouchers for county residents, available at three distribution locations and sponsored by Mason County Garbage.
County staff read the distribution sites into the record as Belfair Youth Connection (23299 Washington Highway 3, Building A-2, Belfair), Shelton Youth Connection (123 S. Second St., Shelton) and Mason County (411 N. Fifth St., Shelton). The announcement said Mason County Garbage’s contribution to sponsoring the program is valued at just under $40,000 if all vouchers are used in 2025.
Vouchers are limited to one per resident, must be used by Oct. 31, 2025, and cover one vehicle load. The staff member who read the announcement noted that certain materials are excluded from the vouchers and urged residents to consult the distribution sites for permitted materials.
