Bernd asked the committee to authorize printing the request so it can be scheduled for a hearing.
Committee Chairman moved and the motion to print RS 32286 was put to a voice vote; the chair reported the motion carried on an affirmative voice vote. The motion was reported as moved by Senator Semleroth and seconded by Senator Rabe; no roll-call tally was recorded.
The printed request will allow sponsors to seek a formal hearing and, if the bill is introduced, proceed through the committee process. Representative Wheeler was noted as unable to attend; no committee questions were recorded during the presentation.
The meeting covered this and one other request and adjourned shortly after the second motion was approved.
