Summary

Later in the meeting the board voted, by roll call, to adjourn into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of negotiating the purchase of public property and TID 4 development agreement matters; the roll call vote recorded affirmative votes from President Johnson and the trustees present.
