The draft, presented by Dr. Moore during the board’s pre-work session, changes the policy title to align with GSBA coding, requires a J-1 visa from approved exchange agencies and distinguishes students here through approved exchange programs from short-term visitors. “We have changed the title of the policy to align with GSBA coding…we've done some redefining,” Dr. Moore said, describing updates that also include timelines, required documentation, enrollment and withdrawal procedures, and participation rules for school-sponsored activities.
