Board approves agenda, consent items and revised calendar; calendar to add two teacher workdays

At its Feb. 10 meeting the Dare County Board of Education approved three procedural items by voice vote: the meeting agenda, the consent agenda, and a revised 2024–25 school calendar.

The board opened the meeting by approving the agenda on a motion by Board Member Justin Bateman, seconded by Board Member Brian Bright; the chair called a voice vote and the motion carried.
