Middleborough CPC approves $27,000 for Wood Street Park fencing and backstops

The committee will present the appropriation as a warrant article at the upcoming town meeting for final voter approval.
The committee noted the request was a relatively low-dollar capital need compared with other pending appropriations and confirmed the project would proceed through normal town meeting and procurement steps after the voters act on the warrant article.
