The Rapid City Planning Commission took the following formal actions at its Jan. 23, 2024 meeting:
• Consent calendar (Items 1–5): Approved as a group in accordance with staff recommendations; motion by Mike Kwasney, second by Eric (recorded as Eric Hiekis in one instance). Vote recorded on the floor as "Aye;" motion carries.
• Item 6 — Amendment No. 1, project plan for Tax Increment District No. 92 (TID 92): Approved (reclassify from affordable housing to local). Motion: Mike Goller; second: Kelly. Outcome: approved.
