Commission approves petition for seismic testing on Wolf Road by High Plains Resources

Myers said he consulted with a Dickinson County contact familiar with the contractor and that Dickinson County had no complaints about iPlan—s work there. He added a note to the petition asking that any road repair required as the result of testing be addressed, although the Dickinson County contact said it is unlikely testing would cause road damage and that operators try to do the work under favorable conditions.
A commissioner moved to approve the petition for High Plains Resources; the motion was seconded and the commission approved the testing request by voice vote.
