County crews responding to icy conditions and pothole season, public works says

Speaking to the commission, the public-works representative said crews were prioritizing bridges and treacherous parking areas and that wet conditions make it difficult to perform lasting road repairs. "When it's wet like this, it's very difficult for us to get them dry enough to hold," the speaker said, and asked residents for patience while crews attempt temporary fixes and gravel-road repairs.
