Manager Stultz noted the consent agenda included item K, a letter asking KDOT to pursue a major-investment study for the Northwest Expressway; he said Secretary Calvin Reed had met with county leaders and the county sought supporting letters from adjoining cities. The board approved the bid-board recommendations (except the deferred item) and the consent agenda K–X on unanimous roll-call votes.
