The motion was made by Mister Brigger and seconded by Councilman Hudson; the clerk recorded unanimous “yes” votes from Councilwoman Wessinger, Councilman Fisher, Councilman Cockrell, Councilman Hudson, Councilman Brigham, Councilman Bishop, Vice Chair Conwell and Chairman Culham.
