The House Committee on Judiciary voted to pass House Bill 5046 on Tuesday. The bill, sponsored by First Vice Chair Jason Knight, would create criminal penalties for the unauthorized dissemination of sexually explicit images created by digital devices or images created or distributed without the consent of the person depicted.
