The commission invited anyone present to speak for up to three minutes and asked for name and address; no one came forward and the public hearing was closed. The board then recessed and reconvened for the regular meeting.
No public comments were recorded on any of the three items during the hearing; the hearing notice and the items were read into the record by the meeting clerk or presenter. Any subsequent action on the annexations was to be taken later as part of the planning and ordinance process and was not decided at this hearing.
