City planning staff briefed the commission on staff‑level project approvals and pending items and highlighted two items of note: relocation of a proposed Wells Fargo ATM near Kroger on Main Street, and an In‑N‑Out Burger application expected at the next commission meeting.
Director Free said multiple small projects had been processed and that the Wells Fargo ATM applicant agreed to move the ATM from a location staff had opposed; staff is coordinating the new placement. He also said the Broken Paddle outfielders project continues to move forward and may be approved at the next meeting.
Planning Director David Free notified commissioners that In‑N‑Out Burger had formally submitted an application for a previously discussed site — the former gas station at the corner of Anderson and East Main Street — and that the next meeting will include a site plan, a request to add a use and a plat amendment related to that proposal.
No formal commission votes were required on the staff‑level updates; the items were informational. Staff said applicants will return with full plans or revised locations as required.
