Chair Kine recused from the item and the commission approved Resolution P2025-3123 by a 4-0 vote, with commissioners Bennett, Calkins, Hawley and Vice Chair Nichols voting in favor and no recorded opposing votes.
The project updates the restaurant façade to match current corporate image standards, upgrades the accessible (ADA) path of travel and adds shielding to some parking-lot light poles to reduce impacts on nearby residences.
