Hillary Martin, reviser of statutes, described the memo summarizing changes and noted only pagination changes were identified in the printing process.
Members asked for a brief walk‑through of the memo; after confirming the changes were limited and that the manual will be available on the Legislative Legal Services website, the council adopted the manual with no objection.
