Committee members voted to approve the resolution and the interlocal agreement; the motion carried.
Private acts review (road commission & county attorney retainer): The finance committee discussed multiple “private act” items, including suggested changes to the 1949 private act governing the road commission and an item about the county attorney’s historical retainer. After discussion the committee made a motion to hold the private‑act proposals for further review and to bring back a framework for committee consideration at the next meeting; the motion was seconded and carried.
Budget amendments: The finance committee approved two budget amendments for courts.
