Union County to begin early voting Feb. 20 for consolidated April 1 election

An election official announced to the board that early voting for the consolidated election will begin Feb. 20, with vote‑by‑mail ballots sent starting the same week. The official said early voting will be available beginning Thursday (Feb. 20) and that Election Day for the consolidated election is April 1.

The official reminded commissioners that consolidated elections include local boards and require additional ballots and administrative work, and encouraged public participation.
