Finance committee approves minutes, places Keller Partners contract on file and refers several items to new subcommittee

At the Jan. 15 meeting, the Gardner City Finance Committee approved prior meeting minutes, placed a contract with Keller Partners on file, and referred several agenda items to a newly created economic and community development subcommittee.

The committee accepted the Jan. 15 minutes after a motion by Councilor Max and a second by Councilor Eglin; the motion passed by voice vote.

A communication from the mayor containing a final contract with Keller Partners for grant‑writing and lobbying services was presented to the committee. Councilor Mack moved and Councilor Haglund seconded a recommendation to place the item on file and present it to the full council; the motion passed by voice vote.
