Dean Rose, who said he had asked to be the CAC’s board liaison, walked the group through the process: draft revisions appear in red-line form on BoardDocs the Thursday before policy-committee meetings so the public can review suggested changes ahead of committee discussion. "Thursday before these dates, you can look on there ... you can see the suggested what we call the red line version," Rose said.
