The Planning Commission on Feb. 6 approved a preliminary plat for Lookout Crossing Phase 1, a 16.421-acre section of a 72.29-acre development that would create 71 lots, voting 9-0 to approve the plat contingent on staff sign-off of outstanding comments.
City staff said they were recommending approval provided the developer addresses department comments that remain under review. “That cul de sac can only have 30 lots. Right now, it's showing 34, and so that's something we will want them to address, because the the maximum allowed on a cul de sac is 30,” a city staff member told the commission during discussion.
