Member Freeman moved to save space for items 7, 8 and 9 on the full county board agenda; the motion was seconded, discussed and carried by voice vote.
Members asked for clarity about whether items will be under the executive committee section or under the respective ad hoc committee listings; staff said they could be placed under ad hoc chairs who will present. Committee members and staff agreed to finalize formats and attachments before the next meeting.
