The applicants, Charlotte Maynard of A Creative Development Company and coffee business owner Christian Barragan, described site upgrades and circulation changes and said roasting will occur at their Framingham facility rather than at the proposed Marlborough location. “This location is gonna be our third location, and it's only gonna be for consumer coffee. It's not gonna be roasting,” Barragan said. He told the council the new site would create “around, like, 10 to 15 new jobs.”
