District reports stable enrollment near 4,800; East Whiteland plans add more than 1,000 housing units

She added the township recently indicated plans for an additional 200-unit apartment complex that would increase the previously reported total.
Board members asked for continued monitoring; staff said they will provide monthly updates to the board so trustees can track potential impacts on capacity and planning.
