Julie Kaufman nominated David Pierce for president and Matthew Armbruster seconded the nomination. The board approved the nomination by voice vote; no members voiced opposition on the record.
For vice president, Danielle Woodward was nominated and later seconded; the board approved her by voice vote. Following the vote members thanked the newly elected officers; Woodward said simply, “Thank you.”
