Item 10 is a transfer and appropriation ordinance from the Department of Community & Economic Development to fund streetscape and public‑rights‑of‑way improvements in the Couryville neighborhood. The ordinance would execute a funding agreement with the Couryville Community Development Corporation and transfer and appropriate $1,106,558 in TIF funds for the streetscape work plus $110,000 to cover departmental staffing costs to oversee the project. The chair described the project as neighborhood improvement work and placed the item on for passage.
